Let’s Talk Bookish: December 18th

HI! 6 days until Christmas, y’all!!!!!! I can’t wait! I’ve got so many presents that I’ve got to shut my mouth about its horrible!! Does anyone else just drive themselves crazy when they find an AMAZING present for someone and have to wait FOREVER to give it to them????!!

Also, I’ll be going on hiatus during the rest of this Christmas season so that I can focus more on my family and the celebration of Christmas. I will still be viewing y’alls content, I will just be taking a break from my own. You can expect to see me back after Christmas or in the New Year. 🙂

READING & BLOGGING: THEIR EFFECT ON WRITING

Have you sometimes felt that as a reader, you should also be a writer or vice versa?

Yes, I definitely have. I used to always think that a reader also had to be a writer, and I was always disappointed when I never had the drive to write books and articles. However, I know that not to be true now and am completely satisfied with that.

Do you think that authors can be book bloggers as well, or that they’ve crossed the imaginary line between authors and bloggers and therefore are not like other book bloggers anymore?

Um, no! I feel like authors can make some of the best book bloggers, cause they know what they want in their books (quality, good characters, good plots), so they can be even more nit-picky about other books. Usually enjoying the best ones the most. Not saying this goes across the board, but I’ve discovered that authors can makes some GREAT book bloggers.
