Let’s Talk Bookish: January 1st

Hello everyone! I hope 2021 has been treating you well and that you have a good book to get to at the end of today! Today is the first LTB of 2021!!! Let’s get into it!

First off, I should probably let you know that Let’s Talk Bookish is a weekly meme hosted by me (Rukky@EternityBooks) and Dani @ Literary Lion, where we discuss topics, share our opinions, and spread the love by visiting each other’s posts. Today’s the day where we will share the topics for the first month of 2021.

READING RESOLUTIONS (SUGGESTED BY M.T. WILSON @ THE LAST BOOK ON THE LEFT)

Do you set reading resolutions in the New Year?

Not really since the only books I seem to read are books borrowed from the library. Nearly every time I go there I don’t know what I’m going to be getting, I just try to find whatever looks good.

Do you look back to see if you stuck to your goals?

Seeing as I don’t do resolutions, I don’t really do goals either. 😉

Do you participate in the GoodReads challenge?

Yes! I love to look back and see all the books I’ve read. Sadly, I failed 2020’s challenge, but that was because I started it late. But, I hope to complete my 2021 challenge!

Yes, I know that this was a short discussion, but I don’t really participate in reading resolutions in the whole…so…

Anyway, thanks for reading! What are your thoughts? Are resolutions a “have to” for you? Why or why not? God bless, you guys!

Ciao. Happy New Year!

Don’t change because a new year is coming up but change for your own personal growth no matter what resolutions you make, they start with you.
