The Selena Gomez Tag: #BookTagTuesday

Hello! Today I am doing THIS fun tag! Though I am not a huge fan of Selena Gomez’s music, I’m still doing it anyway. 😉 However, I am a huge fan of her performance as Beezus in Ramona & Beezus. If none of y’all have seen that movie, y’all should cause it is great!

ANYway…

I was tagged by Julie@OneBookMore. She really has a great blog that I have been following ever since I started blogging, and I never tire of it! She has great reviews and partakes in several bookish memes. Do go check her blog out!

  • Thank the person who tagged you and leave a link to their blog.

Love You Like A Love Song: A romance novel that is cliché but you still love it

I really don’t know….I don’t read a whole lot of romance…and I don’t read cliche romances stuff either.

Rare: A book with a female protagonist unlike any other

Probably Tanwen from The Weaver Trilogy by Lindsay A. Franklin. She was so humane! More so than any other characters I’ve read (with a few exceptions). She was this NOT butt-kicking baddie that is so over done, she was not a damsel in distress kinda character (although she was in distress at times), yet she was a very normal character. Ugh! It is so hard to explain! So, she was a normal character that had good parts and bad parts. Yet, she was so well-written. She was a like a sister that gets on your nerves a lot, but she has many a moment where she is just awesome! And others when she was SO loveable.

Look at Her Now: A character who suffered a lot (physically/mentally) but eventually recovered and is now at the better end of life

Esben/Peet the Sockman from The Wingfeather Saga by Andrew Peterson. Heck, he went through so much yet is still SO awesome!

Wolves: A book that got you out of a reading slump

Dragonspell by Donita K. Paul.

It Ain’t Me: A character you used to like but not anymore

Annabelle from The Doll People by Ann M. Martin.

Feel Me: A character you can’t bear to see with anyone else but you

Finnick Odair, Aragorn, and Faramir.

Same Old Love: A book with an unoriginal and unrealistic romance

Soothsayer by Kathryn Amurra.

The Heart Wants What it Wants: A book you regret finishing because you miss reading it

SO MANY!!!!!!!!!! LOTR, The Wingfeather Saga, The Weaver Trilogy…I could go on and on!

Back to You: A book you read again and again even though you have other books on your TBR pile

LOTR. 😉

Hit the Lights: A book that just made you forget everything else

The Weaver Trilogy by Lindsay A. Franklin truly teleported me to another dimension.

Tell Me Something I Don’t Know: A book people keep recommending you which you already have on your TBR pile

FABLE BY ADRIENNE YOUNG!!!! People keep reviewing it, saying how awesome it is, while I’m over here, “HECK YEAH!! I KNOW, I JUST HAVEN’T GOTTEN IT YET!!!”

I Can’t Get Enough: A book series/world you just want more and more of

The Wingfeather Saga and The Weaver Trilogy.
