The Ultimate Disney Tag

Okay, so I know that this isn’t a book related post…but it is my blog, so I can do what I want. 😉 Anyway, I saw this tag on TallBlondeTales (aka, fellow Disney lover) and just had to do it. She is a really sweet blogger friend and you should definitely go check out her content! I’m not sure who originally created this tag, so I can’t give y’all that tidbit of info. Beware that this is a lengthy post. 😉

THE QUESTIONS:

What is the first Disney movie you remember watching?

Either Bambi or Cinderella. I loved both of those so much when I was little!

Three characters you relate to the most?

I’m gonna exceed my max. 😉 Belle, Elsa, Kristoff, Maximus, Will Turner, Pepper Potts, and Bambi.

If you could trade places with one character for a day, who would you choose and what would you do?

I really don’t know…um…probably Anna. Then I could date Kristoff who is my favorite Disney “prince”…even though he isn’t a prince. 😉 I know that sounds horrible, but I don’t mean it to be.

What princess do you relate to the most?

Belle.

Are you jealous of any character’s fashion sense/wardrobe?

Not really, although I just love the outfits in Frozen 2! Especially Elsa’s burgundy dress and Anna’s travel dress!

Which songs get stuck in your head the most?

Either Jack Sparrow’s theme or Hakuna Matata. Although Disney songs get stuck in my head a lot.

If you could change one thing about any Disney movie, what would you change and why?

I’d probably cut all the songs from the new Beauty and the Beast. The main character, Belle, can’t sing and it is painful to listen to. I would do this burdened for I would also be throwing away “Gaston”, “Days in the Sun”, and “Evermore” which are actually good songs with good singers. It is just disrespectful to the original movie and the other GOOD singers to have to sing “Belle” at the off-key that Belle is singing in. Okay, I’m done ranting now. 😉

Which sidekick would you love to have?

Mushu and Cri kee! I love them so much! Mushu is so sassy and Crikey is so adorable! Haha! Even though he is a cricket. Not to mention that their constant banter would cease to entertain me…although it would get annoying.

If you could spend a day with three characters, who would you choose and what would you 4 do?

Jack Sparrow, Sven, and Vanellope Von Schweetz. I have no idea what we’d do for we would be an odd bunch. 😉

Is there a cross-over relationship that you think would totally work? (Example: Tiana and Prince Charming)

Not really in the Disney world alone…but Jack Frost and Elsa would be so great together!!

Are there any minor characters that you think should have been included in the movie’s plot? If so, which ones?

I’ve always wished that the turtles in Finding Nemo and Finding Dory could’ve been in those movies more! I love Squirt and Crush!

Which movie has your favorite animation?

I love the Frozen 2 animation! It is SO picturesque!

If you could request to have a sequel for any one movie, what sequel would it be and what would you like to see happen in it?

I am careful what I wish for because Disney sometimes has problems with sequels. A few years ago I would definitely would’ve said Frozen. Now that has come true! (Yeah!) Probably Tangled. At the least they gave us a short. Also, I want to see a movie about Jane from Thor!

Are there any movies you think shouldn’t have had a sequel? Why or why not?

Nearly all of them! There are so many Disney movies that were ruined because of the sequel. (Although, there are some great ones like Finding Dory, Frozen 2, and Kronk’s New Groove, to name a few.)

Do you use any Disney quotes in your every day life? If so, what are they?

“Yeah, we need a butt-load of money…” -Vanellope Von Schweetz

“…Turtles breath out of their butts…” -Olaf (2019)

That is not to mention every single quote I use from The Emperor’s New Groove. I use a quote from that probably every 3 seconds or so. Just kidding. But seriously, though.

Have you noticed any plot holes or funny errors in any movie?

Haha! Yeah, I’ve actually found a lot. It is something that my family like to do. 😉 Although I can’t think of one at the moment.

Which quotes inspire you the most?

I just know that there are a million others but this was the only one I could think of, and hey, it is definitely one of my favorites.

Who were your favorite characters as a kid?

Bambi, Thumper, Cinderella, Anastasia & Drizella (I thought they were hilarious!), Winnie the Pooh, Piglet, Tigger, the old owl from Bambi, and Pinnochio.

Who are your favorite characters now?

Oh, gosh, there are so many…a few are Vanellope, Jack Sparrow, Elsa, Anna, Flynn, Kristoff, Sven, Olaf, Mulan, Mushu…the list goes on and on and on….

What’s the last movie you watched?

Maleficent

Which movie do you want to watch next?

Wreck It Ralph 2: Ralph Breaks the Internet. I love that movie!

Which character would you go to for advice?

Rafiki or Obi-Wan.

Were there any movies that scared you growing up? Are you okay watching them now?

No. Although, I loved Pinnochio when I was younger but was only able to watch it once because my younger sister was scared of the whale. Ugh.

What’s your favorite Disney short?

Piper!!! Or Frozen Fever.

Which movie has your favorite soundtrack?

Tangled or Curse of the Black Pearl has my favorite “in the background” soundtrack but Lion King or Frozen 2 has my favorite singing songs. Also, does Hamilton count? Cause that would be up there, too.

Who is your favorite classic character? (Like Mickey, Goofy, etc.)

I wasn’t a fan of that classic of the classics.

Which destination/world/town would you love to visit the most? What would you do there?

The Enchanted Forest in Frozen 2…or the wildflower field in Bambi. I’d love to explore!

Do you prefer watching live-action or animated?

Animated usually because, see, I have a pet-peeve for cheesy/low-budget movies. With animated movies it is harder to tell if someone is a bad actor or if the costumes are bad, etc. But, high-quality live action films – I am totally there!

What are your top three most-watched movies?

Frozen 2, Tangled, and Kronk’s/Emperor’s New Groove.

Which scene made you the saddest?

There are quite a few. When Olaf flurries away, when Mufasa dies, when Miguel sings “Remember Me” to his Grandma Coco, when Lotso tells Big Baby that there ex-owner threw them away like trash, when Nani loses Lilo, when Woody and Bo-Peep say goodbye to the other toys, and when Riley breaks down after running away. Those are just a few.

Which scene was the most heartwarming?

The part with Thor and Jane in the first Thor where he is telling her about the different dimensions. That part is so sweet! I love it!

Which scene completely shocked you?

When Hans betrays Anna in Frozen.

What are you favorite best friend relationship?

Sven and Kristoff. Duh.

Which couple is your favorite?

Rapunzel and Flynn…although, Nani and David are second.

Movie with the happiest ending?

Lilo and Stitch or Inside Out.

Movie with the saddest ending?

Toy Story 4 or Rouge One: A Star Wars Story.

Is there a type of food a character eats/bakes that you’d like to try?

Turkish Delight or Tiana’s Beignets!

What are your favorite Disney Channel shows/movies?

Good Luck, Charlie is the best Disney Channel show there is. If we were discussing Disney XD, Phineas & Ferb and Milo Murphy’s Law would be in the running. The best Disney Channel movies are Jump In, Good Luck, Charlie: It’s Christmas, and Lemonade Mouth. (Seriously, Lemonade Mouth is the GOOD version of High School Musical. I hate that movie. Blech!)

If you could visit the set of any show or live-action movie, which one would you want to see? 

I really don’t know…

Which movie makes you laugh the most?

Um, Emperor’s New Groove!! That isn’t even a question.

Was there a movie you thought you wouldn’t like, but ended up loving it?

Coco and Solo: A Star Wars Story.

Which villains are you scared of? 

None.

Which villain/s don’t scare you? 

All of them. Most of them are either funny or I can’t take seriously. Like Darth Vader for one. I mean his mask is kinda cute…I know it is weird but it never seemed sinister to me. Same with characters like Hades. He is actually really funny! Also, Davy Jones’ whole face just makes me crack up. I don’t know why.

Do you like any Disney memes? (feel free to share them!)

Do you/have you had any Disney-themed clothes? 

Two Frozen shirts. (No, not like they’ve-been-in-the-freezer frozen, but the movie. ;))

Do you have any stuffed animals/toys? If so, which ones?

Yes, Dory!

If you could only recommend one Disney movie for others to watch, which one would you choose and why? 

Either Coco or Wreck it Ralph. Both have really sweet stories about family and friendship.

Which characters always make you smile? 

Mushu, Kronk, the Emperor, Gus-Gus, Olaf, Jack Sparrow, and Sven.

On a scale of 1 to 10, how much do you love Disney? 

10!!!
